Requirements for Admission

Amongst other requirements, students applying for admissions to the Aviation Science Professional Pilot program must:

• Present proof of high school graduation or the equivalent, and
• Possess a current Second or First Class Medical Certificate

Step 1: Schedule an Aviation Medical Exam

Students applying for admissions to the Aviation Science Professional Pilot Program must possess either a Second or First Class Medical Certificate with an FAA Examiner. 蘑菇短视频 will require a copy of your medical certificate be submitted prior to final acceptance to the program. Medical examinations can be obtained through any FAA approved Aviation Medical Examiner (AME).  A listing of local AMEs is below and also available at this website

Submit High School Transcript or GED

Upload your high school transcript or GED score report. If you submitted this within the last 5 years, confirm with SelectiveAdmissions@northshore.edu.

Submit all previous College/University Transcripts

All official transcripts from previous colleges/universities must be sent directly to 蘑菇短视频. If you鈥檝e already submitted transcripts, you must send updated ones if you鈥檝e completed additional coursework.

Step 5: Schedule a Phone Consult Appointment

Schedule a phone consult appointment with the Aviation Coordinator via email (asinger@northshore.edu) to discuss the program, advise on the next steps in pursuing the degree, and submit any remaining paperwork to Registrar.

Accreditation

FAA Air Agency Certificate

蘑菇短视频 maintains the FAA Air Agency Certificate LQ8S303Q for a Part 141 Pilot School. This includes a Private Pilot Ground School course which is conducted under FAR Part 141. All flight instruction is required to be conducted by an appropriately rated FAA-certified flight instructor at the 蘑菇短视频-approved flight training facility, Beverly Flight Center, and is conducted under FAR part 141.
