Prevention and response to sexual misconduct, discrimination, and harassment
Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ (Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ) is committed to ensuring an academic and work environment free from discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct. In order for Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ to eliminate equity gaps in student academic outcomes, and be an employer of choice, we must look at prevention and response to sexual misconduct, discrimination, and harassment that our community members experience.
±·³§°ä°ä’s Policy on Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity, and Diversity (PAA) prohibits discrimination and harassment, including sexual misconduct and sexual violence.
Among other topics, the PAA outlines ±·³§°ä°ä’s processes for responding to reports of
discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct, as well as, local resources available
to the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ community. This policy addresses the College’s aim to provide an environment
that is free of discrimination and harassment on the basis of protected categories,
including sexual harassment and sexual violence. Discrimination and harassment undermine
the basic principles of the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ community and are strictly prohibited. If
you feel you have experienced discrimination, harassment, or sexual misconduct, you
can report on our online form, or contact ±·³§°ä°ä’s Title IX Coordinator, Affirmative
Action and Compliance Officer or fill out our online complaint form below.
